and what is the deal with the AvP skins? Does that just turn UT2004 into AvP or what? Also not only do I not know how to play UT, I don't have it.

martin: nah it just makes your character look like an alien or a predator
Space Station: it prolly could justin said he ran it on a p3, it would prolly have mildly ****** or super ****** graphics but it would work
i'd be glad to give it to you if u wanna play

C'mon in AvP you can cloak, fire plasmacasters and whatnot, bite peoples heads off, me and Tsar gotta get it and then find ways to get it to you guys and then we'll play that and the Preds shall pwn joo!! Until then I'd be more than happy to take an ass whuppin in UT LOL.

Good luck finding it. I looked online and new AvP2: Gold edition is going for over 100 bux, USED it's going for 50. I'm searching all the game stores I know of and I can't find it anywhere. I'm a persistant SOB tho, I'll get it!

I have no idea, considering you can pick the first one up for a song.
EDIT: Well I found a site that carries AvP2: Gold Edition, but only the Mac version. WTF is that?!? Isn't it usually the other way around?? Aren't the Mac users supposed to be searching for a game that is easily available to PC users?

incase you guys were wondering heres the minium specs you need to run ut2004 http://www.unrealtournament.com/ut2004/specs.html
right now dave (lethalrides2k3) is gonna setup a dedicated server for us since he has insane upload speeds 
and id be glad to play AvP if you guys can get it, we could also play the original UT which is alot less graphics intense but its still a good time...

I'm reading the AvP2 discussion boards and it seems that, in order to play an online game with AvP2, you need to have a product key. If you purchase used you will not be able to do this because the key will have been registered to the original owner. IDK if some of the members here know a way around that or not. I'll fiddle with AvP1 tomorrow and see if I can't get anything out of it

ATI Raedon is a type of videocard, I used to know what that means but I've been out of the geek world for a while. If you have a newer machine you probably have it. My machine is about 5 years old or so so IDK if I have it or not.
Although if the game will work on 98 it should be able to take the graphics drivers from then which means mine should be ok.

And yes, you can get a lot of product keys off of a website, but were talking about a game that hasn't been a top seller for over 3 years. Keys for this could be a bit difficult to come by.
EDIT: Found a serial, no promises it will actually work though.

yea your videocard should work vitali (yea i said it ) as for gettin serials/cracks/cd covers search google for a program called craagle. its a stand alone program that completely free of spyware, it kicks ass!

AHHH FAAWK! i just found doom3 on my computer i dont have the CD to play it but i DL thats thing so i dont need one now. anyone else got doom3 maybe we can shoot each other there.
