anyone hear anything about Newark

I was on my way to my family business down here in Newark and saw the coolest thing. I was stopped at a light with 3 cars in front and 2 cars behind me. All of a sudden a new dodge ram truck comes flying up next to me in the on coming traffic lane. They stop when they see a cop and back up. The light went green and as soon as they passed the cop on the side of the street they took off passing traffic on a one lane each way street. The cops went flying after them. they were blowing through lights like they weren't even there. I couldn't keep up to see what happened and then 5 min later there were 4 helicopters flying over the shop not sure if they were news copters or police.

What street were you on? I work near the njpac building. I didn't hear anything.

it was near south orange ave I guess. I got off the parkway at exit 144 which isn't my normal exit I get off at 280 normally exit 145 but it was backed up because people don't know how to ****ing merge. I think I got off onto maple, but I turned and I think came down 15th street or something. I was near the Home Depot.

i heard about it on the radio tonight, on my way back from the second wake this week. It was an '02 dodge ram, 2 cars hit, and a 48 y/o pedestrian struck and killed, no arrests yet.

Yup it was 3 black guys, i didn't get a real good look at them but I wish now that my instincts had told me to get a better look and take out my camera because I knew they were up to no good and they stole the truck.

I wish I could say what I really think about these F-ing low lifes, but the world is to PC now and I'd get looked down upon.

they stole my brothers jeep from newark all because it was raining and they didnt want to walk they crashed into some ladys car cracking the front axle allso screwing up the door and fender i left my house looking for the jeep on south orange ave springfield ave till i found it getting loaded on the back of a c&j flatbed $243 to get it out of the impound lot

i used to hang out with those guys...they mainly go to the track now, the whole area we set up racing was taken over by townhouses, LOL.

the ricers took over Ave P and pissed off the cops (they never bothered us), so that spot is a no-no...

glad i retired, but i do miss the hours of arguing and watching the races8)

sorry to sound so harsh, but it makes me angry that 1) as a black man, these guys shed negative light on me and black men like me; and 2) I hate car thieves to no end. I hate everything about them...they have a lot of damned nerve, going up to somebody's car that they don't know, breaking into it and then taking it like it's ok. they go out, tear up somebody's car that they work hard for and nothing happens to them, unless they kill somebody like this bastard did.

i don't judge based on skin color i judge based on actions. if i see a guy and he's dressed nice, acts civilized, talks normal, works hard for his **** then i don't care. Now if that same guy has pants below his ass, boxers hanging out, hat sideways, talking all loud and stupid, and has no job then they get no respect from me and i look at them like they are scumbags. doesn't matter if they are white or black.

i hate uneducated people, who blame others for their poor choices and do nothing to better their lives. all they can do is try to ruin other peoples lives for fun.

they had a couple of small races the past couple of weeks..nothing serious...by boys were telling me about it...one was a Malibu the other was with a Mustang...both races were against guys from Jersey City...i guess i'll go to smallblockposse.com and get more info
