New Server - Site Downtime
We've been talking about upgrading our vBulletin software and our web server for quite a while, and now the time is almost here.
We will be closing the site on Thursday, October 26 at about 6:00 PM to complete both of these tasks at the same time. This will mean a period of approximately 6-8 hours that the forums will not be available while they are upgraded and moved to the new server.
We appreciate your patience during this change-over and we look forward to bringing you a new and improved club website.

I want to start it as soon as I get home from work, that way if any issues come up, I'll have plenty of time to fix them. I'm planning on doing it on Thursday just because Thursday and Friday are the only nights that Garrett is around to "geek it out" with me. When it comes to stuff like this, the only thing Tim is good for is words of encouragement ("Hurry up, ya damn geeks!") and getting more beer

The overall appearance won't change much at all. There will be some new features with 3.6.x that we will explain in a sticky here in the Lounge.
There are also 5 or 6 more fun mods I have lined up for the site once the switch over is complete.
