bad ideas...small engine

hey can a 3.4 be yanked with out pulling the whole front end

I know an LT1 can be pulled from the top w/o pulling the front end off, and it can also be dropped down from the bottom. So, I would think a six banger could come out the same way. Why are you pulling it? Maybe dropping in a big block?

well...i wish...i'f accually got something in the works along those lines...but thats another post...i'm rebuilding the 3.4

I would drop it out, rather then pull it from the top

Yup, pull it from the bottom if you canget your hands on a lift. It really isn't held in by much. I got my K-member out in about 3 hours.
