I coulda sworn he came out after the turnover with 1 sec on the clock to do handshakes. It was the refs pushing him and everyone off the field to run the last play when he started going inside. Could it be possible he didn't realize there was 1 play to run, and by the time he did it was too late?

THE NEW YORK FOOTBALL GIANTS 2007 NFL CHAMPIONS!!!
My God that was an amazing game...even better than when they won it in 1990. I didn't even sleep last night because I was so amped up! And I'm really happy for Eli. Having faced all the criticism he has to come out and win this Super Bowl...he completely deserves the MVP. I actually had my brother-in-law tell me a few weeks ago he'd take Chad Pennington in a big game over Eli

Wooot WOooott.... I wonder if it's true that the Boston Globe had written a book called 19-0 and now they have to pretend they didn't and hide it because they can't print it.
DUMBASSES.
At least all those children in zambia are getting a shipload of new t-shirts with 2008 Champions N.E. Patriots on it.

I don't think Eli deserves the MVP. The entire Giants defense deserves it. Eli throws two good passes and they manage to win, but the defense brought their A game all night long.

I agree 100%. I remember laughing pretty hard when they would show replays of Brady getting sacked. A big hole would form in the Pat's offensive line and a Giant would come flying through and plaster him. I think Eli played OK with the exception of that one scramble.

Had Eli not broken away from those 2 potential sacks to get those passes off the game would have ended very differently. And yes for that he deserves the MVP. Not taking away from the Giants defense they did an incredible job as they should have done.

That pretty much goes without saying, but then again; who knows? Plays like that are what made this one of the greatest games ever. The Patriots were outplayed, the Giants defense was just plain nasty. I have never seen Brady like that, he just looked confused and stunned. They were the underdogs, my team and they won. I still can't believe it, I can watch that game over and over again.

Watched the game, just outside Boston, with my Strahan jersey on
The funny, and yet wonderfully pathetic part of the whole thing is that for the entire following three days we were there, all they talked about on the news was how bad and disappointing of a loss it was. It was as if some natural disaster happened
Oh, and I'm not sure if anyone saw this on CNN or not, but Congress is looking into the possibility, as long as they can prove that the Patriots have been cheating for the last decade like insiders are saying, they said that they will strip the Patriots of ALL of their Super Bowl titles
