well here's MY new daily driver...

...with everyone getting new daily drivers, i realized i needed one too.
On my way back up here to NY from jersey, i got to thinking, i need a more fuel efficient vehicle, spending 100 bucks each way everytime i go back home has got to stop... so i decided to stop by a local dealership and see what they had to offer... i was originally looking for a pre-owned base model, but i said what the heck... paperwork is all done, i pick it up tomorrow after work...

Looks like fun. Anything in particular that made you go with the Saturn Sky over the Pontiac Solstice?

I think the sharper lines of the sky are better looking than the bubbly look of the solstice. Congrats and Enjoy!!!

personally i think the solstice looks like an eggplant that fell on the road. i hate the nose of it, and the rear too. lol.
And i love the angular lines of the sky.

260hp in such a little package, lol

of course its the redline....lol i wouldnt have any less.

yeah, with the color, the dealer had just 3 2008 SKYs, silver white and yellow, but only the yellow one was a redline. The color Starburst yellow is an additional charge over all other choices. Its awesome in person i can't wait till after work.
The GP was sold over a month ago, and the Denali is up for sale. The trade in value wasn't worth it so i just kept it. If i dont sell it, i'll park it in jersey and then use it in the winter if we dont deploy by then.

and no motor swaps for the sky for some time... but in a few years when the warranty is up.... who knows, maybe an LS9...
