				need help choosing a clutch
			 
 
			
			This is my first stick car and i dont really know that much about what clutch i should get. I want to get a Zoom clutch, i have heard good reviews on them. the only thing i am not too sure about is what pressure plate diameter and disk spling i should get.

			Im going to be buying a clutch soon as well. Did hear alot of good things about the Zoom clutches, does anyone know which to get? the 30000 series or the HP series?

			love my centerforce stage 2...i have their pressure plate, clutch, and flywheel...not cheap but im in love.

			yeah before the centerforce i had alot of luck with the Spec clutches...just when mine blew it ruined everything between the engine and trans...so i needed a whole kit and it appealed the most to me....my mechanic never found that throwout bearing, probably pulled the old disappearing act.

			specs are hit and miss.  more miss than hit.  i should watch what i say though. i have a spec stage 3 in mine...

			Skip all the stages and crap, call up JSPerformance and have Josh set you up with a nice custom piece. You will have a clutch that is designed exactly to your needs and costs the same or less than the big cookie cutter ones in the catalogs that may or may not work out. 
 Josh did clutches for a bunch of us, I love mine and will go back when ever I need the next one.

			yeah i guess you could say the spec wasnt the best...it came out as powder and chunks when it blew...nothing left and no sign that it was gunna crap out...just one day boom and a few grand later im a much happier camaro driver...and a much more broke one
