I saw them at Starland Ballroom a couple months back. Arock was taking pics of a friends band who was opening up for WASP.

http://www.njfboa.org/forums/showthread.php?t=32356

Only thing is was that you couldn't have a camera out when WASP was on stage.

RANDOM W.A.S.P. FACT:

Blackie Lawless almost blew off his c0ck doing his stage show years ago? He had an exploding/fireworks cod-piece on his package that backfired/didnt go off right..., luckily Blackie's piece is still in one piece according to the story. he learned a valuable lesson, dont let things explode on your junk!

80s hair metal doesnt take itself seriously like so many genres do...so at least respect it for that...if getting drunk, enjoying urself, and banging lots of sluts is 'gay', then i guess im flaming...id rather be 'gay' then be a kurt cobain 90s poser anyday. the day he blew his brains out i went out and celebrated.

and just for the record i like everything from wasp to cannibal corpse when it comes to the 'spectrum of metal'.

^^ nahh matt wasp was actually pretty screwed up... they werent like motley crue or poison or bon jovi... the just got as stated earlier "lumped" in with it because of teh show aspect of their performance... they were actually a really good band... and although a really weird dude... blackie could sing like a wild man... they werent thrash or power metal... but i have a hard time calling them glam/hair metal... i like some hair metal bands... jsut becuase it was a gay fad back in the day doesnt mean some of the music wasnt good... plus matt youve admitted to me taht you listen to techno... if thats not gay i dont know what is man...
