2 Dollar Bills???? Really???? Come on!!!
I ordered some food today for delivery. The bill came to 18 bucks....a little short on the tip I tucked a 2 dollar bill in the 20 for the driver to get a nice 4 dollar comfy tip.....she then told me she 2 dollar bills don't exist, called her supervisor (who wasnt much older than her) and couldnt confirm it for her either. Long story short....I asked for exact change back, stiffed her the tip and kept my 2 dollar bills and extra 2 ones and was told by the supervisor on the phone that they refuse to deliver to my house anymore.
Are people really this dumb??? I mean really??? All this because I was trying to give her a nice tip. WTF
any thoughts??

Odd, the $2 came up on the wmmr morning show today.
I can see where a younger kid never saw one. when did they print the last one?

They are an oddity, most people would def look twice at em if they saw one.
I got a dollar bill from the WWII era the other day, thought it was a fake at first.
And next time, pay in Sacajawea coins.

Dumbass, she didn't deserve a tip if she didn't understand what a $2 bill was.

lol i have a stack of 2 dollar bills in a binder. i used to save every one that i got...and i got a lot with my mom being a waitress.
thats funny about it being on the radio....but seriously though...ive never once in my life been given a problem about them before until today....it was quite frustrating trying to explain to this girl that it was legit. even if it wasnt...whats it matter? im overpaying anyway

even if she didn't know $2 bills existed, why complain? there was enough for the bill and a small tip in there already, she should've just accepted it

I had no idea 2 dollar bills were in print up to 20003?!
I'm 20 and I've seen plenty as a kid. I havent seen one in a very long time but I know they are real. I was under the impression they stopped printing them in the 70s or 80s and thats why they are so rare.

i got a bunch of 2 dollars bills here. two of them are from 2003.
I also have a red seal $5 from 1963. Google says its worth $8 now

Thats the sad part. Im 22 and have come across plenty 2 dollar bills in my life. People just need to get out more and become a little more worldly

I remember when I was little I had a babysitter that had a ton of $2 bills stashed all around her house (in the couch etc.) but acted like they were gold. I asked for one bc I thought they were cool and she made a huge deal out of it. b*tch.

I have 4 in my wallet right now. Kind of a tradition with me. We get a lot of them at the Ice Cream stand I work at and I try to snatch them all up.

because after refusing my tip (not payment for food but a freaking tip) i asked for exact change back down to the cents. upon returning to the store the manager called me and said ''we dont appreciate the way you treated our driver, so we reserve the right to decline future business from you''.
