March 2012 meet - Sun 4/1, Chapterhouse in Howell
Back again to a club favorite, the Chapterhouse Restaurant in Howell, NJ. Get a jump on spring!
When: Sunday 4/1 (this is the rain date, so rain or shine)
Time: meet at 12, go in at 1
Where: The Chapterhouse Restaurant

As in the past, we park at the back of the lot. Remember when you leave the exit is right next to a dining area, so please take it slow & quiet in the lot.
For anyone that posts up saying 'maybe', please try to update your status a few days before the meet if possible. We must give the restaurant a rough headcount to reserve tables for us.

We have to maintain a good relationship with the places we go if we ever want to go back. I have to call and give them a reasonably close headcount a few days in advance. I can't tell a place on friday or saturday we have 30+ people coming and then no show. So that means the call might have to be made with the best info available at the time. The forecast for today got worse everyday this week so we made the logical call.
We set rain dates for a reason. Club meets are better when the weather is nice. They are more enjoyable and better attended.
