Thanks to CALL911 from JS Performance.
A special thanks to Ben (CALL911) for his patience with us while we got our new clutch design together.
Ben was nothing but helpful while we tried a few different things with the clutch. Many did not work but we finally got a clutch that has a pedal that is no harder than stock but will hold up to some serious abuse.
The clutch is for 98 and newer ls1 cars and can be operated by the factory hydraulics without a problem.
Some people would not have been as patient as Ben and would not have given us the chance to experiment a bit.
Thanks again Ben from myself and the guys here at JS Performance!

Thank you Josh for all the hard work on the car. I've had my share of bad performance shops trying to rip me off either in price or by lousy work. Its a relief and a pleasure to work with Josh at JS Performance with his oustanding level of courtesy and quality work, not to mention being very fair on the price.
This clutch is the most badass clutch I have ever driven. I only wish I would have gone with something like that in my Z28. I drove it about 10 miles away from JS Performance, and I couldn't even wait till I got home to give Josh a call to let him know how awesome the car felt. It has never felt so smooth while shifting since I have owned it, and I can tell it will handle the abuse of the big power I plan on running with it in a few months.
Thanks again Josh! I could not be happier with the new clutch, and the work JS Performance has done on my car.

Yeah its too easy to dump on a place when you're upset about something. But taking a moment to praise a place is good for the shop, but also good for others contemplating the services.
Thanks for sharing.

JS Performance replaced my stock (and very worn out) clutch with an aftermarket one from them. They wanted to try out the clutch on my car, and it was a bear to drive mostly because the clutch was not fully disengaging from the gears when trying to shift. I gave it some mileage to see if it would get better, and it didn't. Josh was very open with me and got me right back in to make things right (at this point, many other shops would have not been so willing to make things right). I got in right away and he replaced the entire clutch with a new/different design, along with a brand new flywheel all free of charge. I think he even stayed late that first night well past his usual buisness hours and had it fixed by that next afternoon just for me. I picked the car up thismorning and have alredy put nearly 50 miles on the new clutch, and I can't say enough good things about it. Most heavy duty clutch's are a PITA to drive, but this one feels better than the stock one ever did! And yet it wants to really grab so I know it will handle the power level I will put it to in a few months.
Josh at JS Performance really impressed me with his determination to make things right and make me happy. Most shops just want your money, and want you and your car out at their earliest convinience and don't really care too much once your out their door if you were really happy with them or not. Its a very nice change to have a shop really care about my car the way I do, and have them care enough to make sure I am happy with things, and not leave my bank account empty in the process.

Brandon, then clutch installed in Bens car wil not do you any good, It is set up for more street then strip. You would probably benefit more from one of my race clutch set ups. They start at around $750 installed + flywheel.
