Carb Vacuum Ports

I think you guys could help me with this. I've never been in a situation where this was a problem and I'm not getting much help elsewhere.

I recently converted my 87 monte ss to a mechanical qjet and vacuum advance msd dizzy. Good investment for simplicity but...

The carb I installed has all of two vacuum ports. One is above the throttle blades which I am using for my dizzy and lockup kit for the trans. The other is being used for the secondary air flap lockout that qjets have.

That leaves me needing some constant vacuum for
1) My power brakes - which I am pretty sure I am just gonna pull of the port in the manifold behind the carb
2) PCV valve - I know it can be done away with. Are there any down falls to capping the pcv off or just putting another filter there?
3) Evap - I want to hook my evap back up to get me my 1/2 mpg and not deal with deleting the system.

Now what are my options? I mean can I drill and tap the base of the carb? Whats to do? A new carb is out of the question.

if anything drill and tap your intake manifold, but most already have threaded holes for vacuum connections.

From what I saw there was 1 and I'm going to use that for power brakes. I need at least 1 more for pcv and my evap. I could T those.

I was going to use a valve that would open the evap line on throttle because I was told if you just hook it right up (like my TBI is) you could stall the car when you first start it.
