Awesome past few days.
Past few days have been awesome driving the local high ways and bi-ways.
As most of you know, I am into a lot of GM's new product, be it sport compact or mini vans. I have seen a lot of new cars on the road.
First I saw the brand new Pontiac G6, fully loaded with teh panorama sunroof. Quite the awesome vehicle! Interior was AWESOME! A deffinate challange to the Accord/Altima sedans. Cant wait for the coupe and hard top vert next year
Then, I went over to my local Caddy dealer and saw 5 brand new STS's! All of them were sold, from the base V6 model, to a fully loaded Northstar AWD model with DVD. Deffinatly another great car from Caddy. They also had the new 05 CTS-V's with the new red paint job.
Then...the big ones!
I FINALY got to see a brand new, silver C6 Corvette! I stopped dead in the street, and he rolled up next to me, going the other way. He just picked it up, and his wife was following him in a C5. Quite awesome in person, and when compared to the C5, it looks like a midget. I guess that happens when you lose 7 inches and 100lbs. The headlights looked fine on the car. There really isnt a picture that can capture its awesomeness.
Then, on my way to buy some books at school, I saw a baby blue Caddy XLR, and boy did it look good!
Then....the topper. While driving back on rt35, Im going through Eatontown, and this dark grey car catches the corner of my eye...I look at it. It couldnt be...not in this part of NJ...no way.
It was the new Porsche GT. OMFG!!! I slammed on my breaks and screamed "AWESOME CAR MAN!!!" The guy looked up and had a huge smile on his face.
In other news, I have been invited to the Forbes Estate to drive the 05 STS and XLR. 8)

I don't like to give people the satisfaction of letting them think they are the **** cause they can spend 400 grand on a car. But it really is a nice ****ing car. See the car is the guy, he doesn't have a personality, only money, that is the only way for him to have a social life, even though that consists of driving around and people yelling nice car. lol. The C6 is awesome, I'm sure you guys have heard of Kerbeck Corvette in A.C. Largest corvette dealer in the world, yeah I guess you could say they have a few C6's in stock, haha.

I saw a new yellow Modena in Princeton last week... I did the same as you Al... just stopped in the middle of traffic and stared as it went by. Chick was driving it too! I love the site of a girl working a stick.

By far the coolest driveway in this state is in Margate, NJ....I don't know if any of you have heard the commercial on the radio for Gary Barbara Dodge Land. Well let's just say him and his sons are fricken set. They have a special Spiderman Edition Viper GTS, I'm no fan of Viper but this car is sick. A white Viper GTS, a Crossfire, SL55, SL600, pimped out Escalade (but who doesn't), and 2 others I don't remember, but they were pricey cars. If I get the chance next week, I will drive by and take some pics, thats if they are there. Not sure but it might be their summer house.
Anyways, the Atlantic City area has a **** load of nice cars, Bentley's are pretty common, a total of about 3 Ferrari's, a 550, and 2 360's.
Later
