Edelbrock Catback

i'm looking to buy a cat back from either edelbrock or texas speed and performance. i hear good stuff about both, and both are priced pretty nicely. do any v6's here have either? i hear rumblers sound nice down low but ricey up top, and that edelbrocks are kinda in between all the way through but aren't much louder than stock. i have a 6, so i know it will always sound like a 6, but i just don't want to sound like a civic...that would make me sad.

Do you have a 3.4 or a 3.8? The 3.4 will (to most people) sound better through the entire RPM range, but unfortunately both v6s sound pretty raspy in the upper RPM range. You can have a bullet muffler welded in to help tone the rasp down though.
