98-02 rear ends

hey guys are the rear ends from 98-02 the same through out years including the brake rotors calipers emergency brake and the backing plates from camaro to trans am? i bought rotors and they did not fit i have a 2002 trans am rear end and camaro backing plates i am thinking they are not fitting because they were cheap ebay rotors and i am also woundering if i got the wrong backign plates if they are for the 93-97 cars but the emergency brake looks to be for 98-02 unless 93-02 used the same emergency brake setup. thanks in advance.

Well, all brakes are identical for every 98-02 camaro and firebird, regardless of trim level. Sounds to me like someone sold you the wrong backing plates, or someone sold you the wrong rotors.

Anyone have pics of their 98-02 rotors and backing plates they could post up for comparison's sake?
