im pretty sure its not possible to swallow a microphone, and the camera just so happened to be on him at that moment...and it just has that look to it like it was planned
edit: just the way its filmed, it doesnt look like a home movie. the type of camera used i guess
edit again: also notice how conveniently someone dances in front of the camera just as hes grabbing the mic stand to pull it out of his mouth
edit again and again: if you notice the woman that backs up into the mic stand....doesnt even hit it. the angle that she comes at she wouldve had to hit the vertical part of the stand and she doesnt get near it, the horizontal part that the mic goes on is off to her left.
