What happens
When a paint is baked to soon after spraying, or at too high of a heat? How can I prove this being the culprit of no reflectiveness, yet still having a wet appearence?

um most paint booths have the heaters or lights turned on as soon as the painter shuts the door.....
the lack of reflectiveness is more likely cheap paint cheap clear and the lack of being wetsanded and buffed out when it got finished
