Lower springs?

I saw this add on the internet for third gen convertible springs and the dude says they will lower the ride height on non-convertible cars. Is this true and if it is how much lower will the car sit?

Yup, he said they were stock vert springs that will lower the ride height of non-verts. So you say he's full of it. I'm better off buying spring clamps I guess. Thanks.
