Firebird accident franklin twp
was on my way home from work. when i saw a accident on marshall mill rd. in franklin twp. it involved a ford explorer. that looked like it was flipped and side swiped. no emergency vehicles were on scene yet. as i moved through the scene. i saw dirt all over the road. the a green firebird/formula. with a guy hanging out the window dead. everything from the sail panels back were gone. the guy was just slouched over out the window with blood everywhere. he died. as my buddy went through about 5 min after me. and said they blue tarped the car. does anyone know who this was. i f***ED up from the scene. this happened all well before the rain. looks like the guy punched it and spun into the suv.

I totally know the feeling of seeing a devastating accident like this. Last summer, actually, last August, I saw a dude that was acting kind of nutty on his motorcycle try to punch it through a red light that was about to turn green. He slammed into the back door/ quarter panel of a PT cruiser that was making a left. His bike broke into a million pieces right in front of the car I was in. It was at the intersection of fellowship and church road in Mount Laurel. Just seeing that haunted me for like the next month. It turned out that the guy on the bike was the brother of somebody my fiancee knew when we discovered a news article on it, which made it even worse.
Just pray for the guy that was involved in the accident and know that he is a in a better place now.

Another lessoned learn SEATBELTS!!!! If he was hanging out the window means he was unbuckled which is why he probably died. And 2nd if he had been wearing his seatbelt he probably would have kept better control of the vehicle when he lost control of it. Might have even pulled out of it. If your flopping around inside the car you cant really hang on the steering wheel and get control. Is just so sad that a life is lost. Its just horrible!!!

yea man agree 100% friend of mine was drinking in driving and ended up jumping off the Ben Franklin.... His car still sits in his driveway with the damage where he hit the median. Haunts me to this day.

When I was a kid my dad was a tow truck driver. While all the other 10 year olds were out playing ball, I was out on the major highways picking up rolled over cars and stuff. I've seen some pretty crazy stuff, its really depressing...

His seat belt could of broke. When my ex got in an accident with his red firebird he hit the pole and wrapped around it and his seat belt broke... Tho from it braking saved his life he would of been stuck and crushed by a pole if that seat belt held him there!!
Also I seen similar things. except the woman was slouched over the steering wheel... I got out of my truck and went over to help but i couldn't even stand the sight of something like that...
