The tail light wires were chewed.. I don't know ****ing mice got to them... lol at least they didn't get into the car! The fog lights are working again, the new water pump, distributor and spark plugs/wires are on.. new pulley, belts, oil change... Only a few more things to go... (for now lol) The trans mount and pan seal have to be replaced still. that's all for now

yea, good job. The oil pan seal is a pain but very doable. I did it myself in about a hour and half in my driveway. Just get the motor up as far as you can, and drop the k member a inch or 2 and you will get enough clearance.

Just noticed the Triboro sticker on the back of the car. Where did you pick the car up from?

Well I think there's things that might need to be replaced on the motor. I am unsure... I might get a rebuild someday since it is a 123k motor.. I over payed for the car a little but it's worth it to me .. It has a perfectly straight body on it.. clean!! It just has a few problems.. It's also been sitting so.. We'll see how it goes.. It runs decent... A little rough in the cold tho..

The main coolant line has broke going down the road for it's test drive. It had a really bad leak! It snapped in half when my mechanic grabbed it. 125$ for both with a GM discount... I already payed 1000$ in the labor. He really saved me money doing all this work for 1000$..!!! so far in the car is... 1000$ in parts and 1000$ in labor.. 6000$ so far.. more to go i am sure.. Wish the guy would sold me the car for 3000 instead 4000 lol oh well It's like I payed for a perfeecttllly PERFECT car body with no known rust. Oh well should be a fun project!
