nitrous engine parts?
ok, I am looking for pistons and rings for an LS1 running a 150-200 shot wet system(direct port).
I found one set but they require ls6 heads, are there any for the 241 ls1 heads?
and then what are the best rings? car will mainly run without spray on the street.
rods and crank will be stock, cam i haven't decided yet. some nitrous cam though, maybe suggest one to me.

I would try je or diamond and get a custom nitrous piston and ring set.

Give JE a call and see what they have or get a custom set made. Hellfire and total seal rings are popular.

Meh, Its not that big of a shot. If the tune up is right, you'll be ok on a forged piston. If its wrong, you'll kill any slug. Ring gap is what matters and the manufacturer will specify that.

He would be fine on the stock piston with a 150 shot and a good tune. The ring gap would likely not be great for running NA most of the time when setup for a larger shot.

That size shot I do not think will benefit enough to sacrifice NA power with a "N20" cam.

ok, all good info. if i can get by with stock pistons thats fine, ill just upgrade to ARP rod bolts. as for piston rings that where i really gotta see what i need. vehicle will be street driven 75% vs track 25%. would an ls6 cam be good for the nitrous without sacrificing anything with a specific nitrous cam? I can also use a 2000 or 2001 LS1 cam.
the intake setup will be completely custom and experimental , based of a edelbrock pro-flo manifold.
its more of a project just to see if i can do it than trying for best ETs at the track.

better invest in a nice dual sensor wideband setup, learn how to read plugs very well, and pray.
