window molding removal q

i just acquired a 93 civic that i need to replace the windshield. i've done b4 on a fox mustang, which was east to get the molding off. but i have no idea how to remove the molding on the civic.

anyone have any insite on this? without breaking the clips. need to do this asap so i can sell this piece.

I've messed with the later year ones a couple times, they are a funky clip. I think it was pushing it like you were trying to go across the windshield then maybe pulling upward? I dono they were weird but once you get one, you'll get em all.

yea ive screwed around with them on an older del sol but never had ne luck..i hoping i can use the regular tool for releasing the clips. i guess just trial and error
