how close to base do you want to be? does it have to be a house or are you into a townhouse too? There's a place I'm considering moving into called Hunter's Chase. It's all townhouses and really nice. With no traffic you're like 15-20 minutes from base, with traffic maybe 30-40 at most.
Though I haven't updated the last 100 or so kills on there lol.
