so... he set himself on fire with his firebird? (i didnt actually read that thread, was just amused by the idea of a fireman setting himself on fire). And then he expects to be let down the track when we can see what kind of person did all the work??

No, the firebird caught fire years ago (he's explained it to me, but I forget). Last week was caused by the water heater.

Yup..... in my years of learning about cars..... I have screwed up a couple times 
Yes, I'm a fireman..... been one for 13 yrs.... and still going.
Yes... kinda ironic fireman setting himself on fire..... granted, there had to be some enjoyment with fire to become a fireman.
As for the gay comment.... don't worry, I'm not. Neons are sexy!
