Anyone ever ship a car from Cali to NJ?

well, found out i gave some bad info. my parents found a few companies that ship for $800, but none of them had great reviews. the company that had the best reviews was called "chips" and ended up costing $1100. they didnt ship directly from california, so they hooked us up with another company that did, im not sure if they were affiliated or whatever.

I just recently had car shipped from Pontiac, Mi and it was $525 to my door...

well i think im gonna pass on the car, he wants a grand for the car and i doubt i'll find shipping for under 1500 for a non running car.. im not willing to spend 2500 on a car sight-unseen, hell no, ill look around here and eventually ill find another vert, even if it needs alotta work, i think i have quite a few parts.

I gave up on the car, It would have cost way too much in the end... so reluctantly i posted the info about it on TGO in the West coast section last night. This morning, a TGO member from bakersfeild ca contacted the seller after seeing my post and bought the car outright for i think 1000. So at least I made someone happy, still sucks that i had to pass it up. eh, ill keep looking, well i'm always looking for cars but 'verts arent that common....

There was a black IROC vert for sale by me a few weeks ago, ill take a ride later and see if its still on thier front lawn
