im at UTI right now...
i say save your money if you arent trying to learn as much as you can...just about anyone will tell you that the school sucks...but look at their grades, attendance rate...blah blah blah
i personally think its an awesome school if you arent one of those people who are above the rules set. i pay attention and have learned a lot.
however, yes, every other department, at least at the exton, pa campus...sucks ass. they do have stupid **** going on there with regard to loans and ****...and the 94% dousch bag population of students has given rest of us all a bad wrap with regards to local law enforcement. alright im going to stop before i go on a huge rant.

It was like that at wyotech too, you're not alone
We had a very bad reputation among the locals. The people in the town the school was based in (blairsville, pa) hated us. Some of them even beat the crap out of some techers. same thing happened in the next town over (indiana). all the college kids at Indiana University of Pennslyvania hated us too and sent a few kids from wyotech to the hospital.
you're always gonna have ******** who think they dont have to pay attention because they "already know all this ****." and then they drive around town like jackasses. You're on the right path though. Keep paying attention and keep the attendance as close to perfect as you can, it will help a lot when you're applying for a job.

You pretty much get jack-*sses everywhere. The IUP kids were being snobs. It is unfortunate they would look down on you like that. After all -- isn't IUP a big party school with too many drunken stories or it's own?
I have a Graduate Degree in Engineering and may take classes at Penco Tech someday for some hands-on experience. My IROC is a hobby, not a career but it doesn't mean I should look down on someone who chose that path.

yeah, they are pretty much a party school. I never really cared how they acted towards us, because I never tried to hang out with them. And if you really want to get technical, they should have been kissing our asses. Wyotech brough millions of dollars into that area. because of us, they got a new super walmart and a bunch of other renovations. Oh well.
