you guys are too funny.
i remember hearing a lot of the same great fears of tracking systems and all this other **** when they first started putting computers in cars, and even today there are plenty of people who refuse to buy a cell phone because "the goiverment can tap it".
i don't know who among you thinks you are so damn important that the fed gives a good god damn what you do with your time. hell, the states and locals don't even care. if they did we would actually see people getting pulled over for doing 10-15 over teh speed limit on the highway.
your fears are completely irrational and all of the theorising about "if" "maybe" could" or "when" whoever it is you are afraid may do something just looks foolish.
