my stupid franklin middle name came from my dad. i'm a jr. i would never have named my son the 3rd so i named him ryan william. the william being my first name of course.

Mine is Lewis. It is my grandfather's middle name, my dad's middle name, and my son's middle name as well.

My dad didn't want me to be a Jr., but we do have the same initials (JLB)....so now that's 4 generations of Lewis as a middle name, and 3 generations of JLBs.

At first quick glance I thought your initials were JL8.

My middle name is Lawrence. My name goes back 7 or 8 generations flip flopping between William Lawrence and Lawrence William, with some Wilhelms in there when you go back to generation 5 or so.
