It's just a fresh longblock with headers....should be a nice little improvement over the 180k+ mile motor that got pulled out.

Does not have provisions for EGR.
These headers are being manufactured in batches of 10 or more for us, so to be able to get the first batch going, we need to get at least 10 people to commit to purchase before we can proceed with the order.
Upon order, it takes 12 weeks for delivery of the product to us, expect another 1-2 weeks for it to make it to your hands, via UPS, pending payment.
Prices are as follows for this batch:
-Headers only: $725.00. SHIPPED
-Headers with Y pipe: $850.00. SHIPPED
We will ask for a $225.00 deposit to secure your spot on the list upon order.
If you decide to back out after the order has been put in, we will refund your deposit minus $50 for stocking fee.
When we recieve the shipment, we will contact you to request the remaining payment be made. Upon reciept your order will ship.
|
If i'm reading right, then after deposit one whould only need to save 52.09 a week for 12 weeks and by the time the headers are made and FFF gets them theres the rest of the payment. That makes em pretty affordable.

Will they be offering them with larger primaries as well? I can imagine that 1.5" will choke some of the head/cam cars a bit.
Also, seeing as how it'll be at least 4 months till you can possibly get them, I would get that motor back in the car ASAP, and worry about swapping headers when you get the LTs.

1.5" is ok for the bolt-on guys (although 1 5/8" would be better)....there is approximately the same amount of cylinder volume on a 3.8 as a 305. Anyone who is into more serious mods would want larger primaries for sure though.
