i dont have a clutch fan...just two electric fans. ive been too busy with work to try anything different but tomorrow i will take the front fan off and see if that solves the problem. i already ran the test of seeing if the coolant from the radiator bubbles when started cold. it doesnt. and the top hose off the radiator is soft to the touch when cold, and hard when it gets warmer. but i will run all of the tests batman told me to do tomorrow..and i will also post a few pics up. thanks for the help guys

OK, that makes more sense now. I think pulling the front fan will fix it. With a fan on both sides there is nowhere for the hot air to go, you are just trapping it in the radiator (even if one is a pusher and the other is a puller it is still a major obstruction). Yank the front one out and get that air passing through the radiator and you should be good to go (I Hope)
