never heard of it, judging by the ingredients it is not meant for bodybuilding. possibly a well-being type supplement to fill dietary deficiencies, but you can do the same with a multivitamin. The melatonin is the real difference maker in the night time formula and you can buy that aside. If your looking for a good night time supplement that will make a huge difference in the way you feel, try 1-carboxy... from USPowders available only at nutraplanet.com. Increase GH release through absurdly deep sleep. This is one of two active ingredients (both avail in bulk powder) in their supplement Powerfull (USPlabs). Great all around supplement.

I work part time at Advanced Nutrition in Medford attached to Active Fitness, Which I know both owners. Were usually about 40 -45% cheaper than GNC and what not. Feel free to give me a PM

Everyone is cheaper than GNC with that 10% discount.

Another place I recommend is www.discountanabolics.com

They're back and forth cheaper for some things that bb.com in my experience. Just as fast shipping (at least to Iraq )

HOPEFULLY I can get back into a trainer position again soon and start living in the gym (and get away from the house and family for a while :mrgr een:)

You actually want to walk briskly more than run... running actually deteriorates muscle. Just keep your thermo temp up and have a Target Heart Beat (depends on age) Easy calculator here ( http://www.naturalphysiques.com/tools.php?itemid=2 )

Alot of people do not know that creatine is actually in your body naturally, its actually discharged out of your body when you ejaculate, but supplement wise I recommend Kre-Aklyn, regular creatine (creatine-mono hydrate) retains too much water. Which will give you size results temporarily. But Kre-Aklyn will give you more strength and leaner muscle.

The worst thing about this is people dont realize supplements are maybe 10% of their advancement, diet and training are the other 90%... i know when im working my ass off 15 hours a weeks at the gym, and eating 5,000 calories a day i will make more gains because i give a **** beside "oh well im on a test booster i dont care"

5000 cal is a TON....

I was in HS and measured all I ate for a week...and it was non-stop. 130lbs of bottomless pit. I was up to 3200-3500 alternating days (without trying). Guess I needed your plan back then, as I coulda used the help.

Any suggestions for supplements for trying to get into a cut cycle once I get some regularity back into my training ???

yeah, you never realize how much food really is until you measure it... its funny seeing people that say 'i eat all day' and when they measure it realize they consumed maybe 2500 calories, the scale is a big wake up call

Did you ever try Binshape.com (used to be Ferrigno Fitness) in Stewartsville? They have great prices.

Yep that is all you really need for almost everything, try to find one with a pull up bar attached and your set pretty much forever. Oh and you will probably need a bench.

That's exactly what I have. Nautilus. It can take a lat attachment as well.

You should definetly stay away from creatine. Sounds like you didn't take enough water with it and got the dosing wrong. If you didn't do that, then either it was cheap creatine or your body doesn't react well to it.

Good move stopping your supplementation.
