Wow, they should all be so proud of themselves for that. Such big, powerful fighters... NOT!
The so called black belt marine should definitely be hit with murder and everyone there accessories to murder as they were all enablers.
Very sad.

Honestly I wouldnt even call that dude a black belt. In all honesty almost anyone could injure someone to that point when they are down and "out"

I think this says it all.

I honestly cant believe you believe this based on your other comments here The mere fact that the drug him out still living and only wanted to cover it up shows that they KNEW they were guilty and knew what was going to happen to him.

Ill watch the video of that guy jumping off a bridge and rip his face off and will not phase me. but this video really bothers me. you could hear the special ed guy telling the black belt "ok you got me" or something along those lines, letting him know he was done fighting, yet that black belt continued to beat on that poor guy even after he was out cold. they definately shouldve called an ambulance for him even though that man was so brutally beaten, i dont think he couldve survived, even with medical attention. the fact that they drug him outside and put him in a dumpster was a feeble attempt to hide what happened and it's admission of guilt right there. I really hope they all get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. the black belt and anyone involved should get life behind bars without parole, so they can suffer and have plenty of time to think about what they did

hmmm i find this very interesting. I notice how every one is saying prosecute, these are horrible people. however if there was a thread about a guy (baring the possible mental issues) who was repeatedly causing a nuisance, and stealing from people, they're would be a decent amount of people saying that he should have his ass kicked for it. I'm not saying its right what they did, because its not. It's just interesting to notice how people react.

He should not have his ass kicked, at least by the general populace. He should get dragged away in a squad car.

true. that part of it, where i said "no", was part of the buildup to the fact that they were, in fact, guilty of murder. if they had just beat the guy down, then no, they would only be guilty of aggravated assault. aggravating factors: the guy fell and he was repeatedly bashed against the wall, kicked and punched. but the guy died from his injuries, so that's when the prosecutor jumps the charge from AA to M2, with the possibility for M1. i think M2, though, as they recklessly endangered the bum and caused his death. well, that's for the prosecutor to decide, anyway. then the jury gets their charge from the judge and he'll explain the intricacies of each level of murder and the fact that they, the jury, have to decide on which level those morons are guilty.
so, if you take it out of context, it looks like i am almost standing up for the "marine" and the dojo owner. i was not, as you can clearly see now.

i used that exact word: nuisance. and don't beat on a guy just because he is a nuisance. call 911. they are trained to handle situations like this.

one thing i can't understand: how'd they "find" the video without finding the perpetrator? surely anyone who had that video in their collection was either there that day or knows someone personally who was there that day. i doubt seriously it would be that hard to locate all of the people there that day and charge them all as accessories to murder. tell me that wouldn't get someone's vocal cords humming to say where the "marine" and the dojo owner are... not to mention the people who carried him outside and put him in the dumpster.

no man deserves to be beaten to death because he's a nuisance. simply call the police and let the authorities handle it

I think any person doing this to another is completely unacceptable and should be put to death.
While I can understand that it may be annoying to have someone come into your place of business and insult you, and you want to do something about it..... just call the police. Police are here to protect - there is no reason to become judge, jury and excecutioner.
Or maybe, just do some sparing and in the end, both the individual and the dojo people may reach a better understanding of each other.
People who have recieved some type of formal physical training (military, police, karate, etc) have more responsibility and should be prosecuted even further than the regular joe.
I think we live in a world that is too weak. What occured on the video is COMPLETELY unnacceptable. This person should be killed and it be public. Too many people feel they can get away with anything.... we are too leniant. I'm a big fan of the death penalty.... I want it more public so it prevents people doing stupid ***** like that.
