Would love to see those frame rail pics from the rear. Maybe im partial to saving an old bird but thats a factory t/a, all the parts are there and all u have to do is put some time into it. No, its not worth 6k even in the best market conditions.

Looks like the 87 is alot of work also and id rather put my time and effort into a 2nd gen over a third gen anyday. all u can do is start talking price with the guy, mst people know they are going to get lowballed on craigslist so they jack the price up. find out what his real asking price is.

those years pop up alot on CL, keep looking if the price doesnt come down. with 8k coming to you i think you can find a realy nice 78 in much better shape

quick ebay search and it pulls up several 78's in much much better condition in the 6-10k range

We did not stop to look but we saw a real nice black/gold 2nd gen TA on rt 35 in wall for sale. IIRC a 77. Maybe one of the shore boys can go look, rt 35 south near the honda dealer.
