I had the LM with and with out headers. without it was awsome, sounded powerful and mean.

with headers it got 2x as loud....and I loved it until i noticed the rasp.....dam thing sounded like a loud wet fart.

my cousin sells magnaflows so I bought one from him....$330 and no shipping....I love it. sounds great at WOT it is mean and when I am just cruising it is not obnouxous.

the best bet for you is to just listen to other peoples' exhausts and then decide for yourself.
