Just started doing High Intensity Training work outs. Full body work outs 3 times a week, 3 sets of 8-12. Just started my 3rd week of working out and have lost some fat and im now 180. Havent been 180 since track season in high school. Stresses form and intensity, i feel like i accomplish so much more in my workouts. Haven't started taking my protein again so ill prob start that soon too. Great book with alot of information in it too. Mostly aimed as a bodybuilding book but is a great lifting book too

So what are some different work outs I could do instead of just 4 x 10 stuff. I would love to do a pyramid type workout, but again, lift alone, can't do it safely.

Bench, free weights, and a pull up/dip bar setup. Rowing machine. More free weights. And, a way to loud stereo for my room.

Looking at yes, but decided not to as I am going to college in the fall. So no real need to buy more equipment when I have access to a real gym soon.

I will search and see if I have any left over standard stuff. If I do, it's yours.

Buy a piece of pipe to "sleeve" the center? Not sure how much that would help though.

I was going to figure out to a rough estimate how much weight I can throw on it, and how long I can leave it on there until permanent damage occurs.

Engineering classes put to good use.

ive recently been doing some drop sets for some of my workouts.

take lateral raises for shoulders for example...i would do as many as i can with 30's...then once my form starts suffering...drop them and start doing the 20's immediately...do the same..drop those do 10's..after that i do sets with just my arms lol. it burns so bad. i only do that for my last set on that exercise. thats something thats easy to try.

I heard it was good stuff?

I plan on switching back to SP250 if I don't decide to just do creatine.

And I tweaked my shoulder on my last set of bench... figures.

nah vasocharge sucks. the reason why i got it is because i bought some post workout stuff from scivation and it came with it...so pretty much i got to try it out for free.

be careful with that creatine..ive heard stories of people taking the worst craps of their lives when they first start taking it
