no leg-humping involved. i wasn't drooling while typing that compliment, which is all it was. she's fine. she puts it out there with confidence. she should be complimented on her appearance. so i did.
the part about ted thinking i am a dirty old man was because i complimented his girlfriend. i guess his way of saying, "hey! that's my woman! back off!" no problem, in the end we all laughed about it.

no clue but i doubt it. if itsd not definate by now, they wont do it. back when i was a feeshman in hS, the rumor about being 18 to get a drivers license started to go around. well it didnt happen just like that. instead it was the provisional that came into affect and even then it didnt happen until several years later, like 6 years. so i wouldnt worry about it.

also known as the "target" the ankles another typical place, but will look nice if u put sumthin good there, its prolly gonna hurt like hell since its all bone there. one on my friends has a tat goin from halfway down her calf to her ankle/top of her foot i forget what it is sumthin with a tiger. looks pretty cool thought. the same girl had one of her boobs tatooed with a fairy, kinda hot. that prolly hurt like a bitch too

Kelly already has a tat on one ankle, so I guess the other one won't be too big of a deal.

i have this tribal sweater that has a sweet design going down either side, i think it would look kick ass on like either side of my spine, but id never get it done cuz 1) it'd be a helluva lotta money 2)most likely it would hurt like a son of a bitch

Most states have this. It means you hav to be home before midnight, can't have passengars under 18 without a licensed driver, etc... meant to let you get experience and some wisdom before letting you have carte blanche. Why not just ask your DMV about the current rules. Their website has all of the info.
