Moving into college today, plan on heading down to the gym to kill time.

I am worried a full gym is gonna overwhelm me and I will get nothing done...

What should I try to use ?

best thing ive learned is to keep an eye open...ive taken so many peoples workout regimens and workouts themselves just by watching them. of course watch the guys who actually know what they are doing though..

whats your routine like now? do you have a day for every muscle group?

Nope, just lifting days and non lifting days.

Ah well, I guess I will see when I get there... should be interesting... not the school gym so I assume there won't be many heavy lifters there...

IDK what its called, but its a pain having to twist your wrist to take the locks off and what not. I think I will just try to do chest workouts with loose weights.

Says the man with only standard weights. Cut them a break. Insurance company probably neutered their gym.

Nah, its more of a spa setting than anything else... lots of treadmills etc, tanning beds..

Lots of machines, so maybe I will head to the school gym.

And nothing wrong with standard weights!

Smith machine sucks for any exercise... Why was it made, anyways? For people who are afraid to use proper weight and overload the bar so they can have more "safety" and limited range of motion?

Yea, heading back this afternoon...

Another thing is, I forgot to bring a small pair of headphones, so I have a tough time focusing.
