superpump doesnt have all the crap in it that NO-explode does, It works alot better and the percent of creatine is alittle higher in superpump but its not for that its a N.O product. More energy better pumps without the bloat

Not at all, your body just gets used to it so you dont respond to it as good, thats why you should cycle it. I have ran some pretty harsh stuff and just as long as you take care of your body you will be fine. I never worried about NO-explode. But you can always take some milk thistle it helps your liver digest all the things you put in your body if your worried, i have been running it for about a year.

Xplode sucks, dont waste your money.
The only benefit of slow reps is super long work out..
Now you can get back to your regular scheduled programming.

OH NOES !!11
No more No-X , huh ? dang...that's harsh. I used to cycle it with the Superpump 250.....I could never take as much S.P cuz it'd make my heart burst out my chest and made me push weights I normally woulda never done....lol. At least I didn't blow out an O-ring (or gasket) doing squats
Listen to Mr Billy....he's got pecs like slabs of meat....
(j/k...lol)
He's got a good program and knows what works. Just make sure you know what you want to do, stick to a program, and track your results.

don't get crazy with supplements, either. you don't need them. you will only need them if you stop eating right, but it sounds like you are eating well. i wouldn't recommend creatine at your age. i wouldn't recommend any of the "complex" ingredients you will find in some of the products out there - because they are "PROCESSED" ingredients. it's much better for you to get the natural ingredient in a naturally-containing food. like you said, you're eating more beef to keep your protein up. that's a solid idea (and was the "in" thing to do back when we didn't have all of these PROCESSED foods). remember to keep it simple. if you want a protein shake, no one is going to tell you not to have it. use everything you think will help you. and by trial and error you will find the things that work FOR YOU. (not everyone is the same...)
good luck.

lol sounds like something a hardcore natural person would say. i get alot of protein from natural foods, but supplements dont hurt. And Before anybody wants to say taking supplements is cheating- youre not going to get big from taking supplements by themselves. you have to work out to get big. and youre only cheating yourself by not working out

I lift in my room, so its just me and the dog, and he could care less what I lift. And I just try to add more and get comfortable with it until I can lift more.

switch it up with some running. and do sprint jogging. sprint then jog, sprint then jog. oh and i only weighed 150 and i was doing 155 bench as a 12 set. couldn't do that now. i wasn't exactly bulking either, more or less toning.
