as a yankee fan....I think its time to call the game. For the first time ever, a team has come back from being down 3 games to winning and going to the World Series....I thought I would never see the day. Yankees have a LOT of explaining to do. This is total ********.

You know that in contact sports it's a bunch of guys touching each other where as in Baseball, Golf, Basketball, etc, the guys aren't compensating for anything . Just playing devils advicate, I too like the contact sports a tad more but my Ohio State team is sucking this year so I tend to stray to my other teams for comfort. Damn, Yankee's lost.... what are some other sports this season?

How do you read into my post as a Yankee fan crying? I was trying to say I don't really care for baseball but any championship game is worth seeing even if you don't like the sport. I'm a sports fan before I'm a Yankee fan, I just happen to like seeing the Red Sox's fans suffer. I feel that they shouldn't be allowed to win a WS until the year 2019. That way the curse was real and lasted a hundred years 8) .
Oh, and before I'm a Yankee fan it's Mets all the way (in my dreams but it's a nice dream).

YOU obviously didn't get what I was saying. I didn't say that you were crying rather making a smart ass comment in general (it is what I do).
So pin a rose on your nose...

I'm with EVIL90SS. Baseball would be more fun if, while the first baseman was waiting for the ball, he was allowed to clothesline the runner and then tag him out once he got the ball. Personally, I think baseball is just an act. We care when our teams dont win. They still make millions of dollars, and the championship bonus is just the cherry on top. Doesnt really mean anything to them. Thats why college sports are so much more fun to watch.

You guys missed ARod hitting the pitchers arm in game 6. It was contact and so they called him out. Pretty funny watching him hack like a tool at the pitcher and then MISSING 1st base!!!
