No, I am leaning towards a pro touring type car. The car will be mostly original sheet metal. Only major modification is the cover on the right side of the firewall where all the factory AC stuff was. I will replace the AC with a vintage air type unit. I am expecting that the car will be done in 2 years. I have a ton of photos of the progress of the car on my site in the signature.

New member from Roseland, NJ here. I know most of you are into newer power but I just finished a year-long total disassembly and restoration of my 1979 Special Edition TA and figured I'd drop some shots here. My goal was to return the car to 100% factory original condition (with some hidden internal modifications not visible to the judges).
I usually hang out over at http://transamcountry.com and I'm looking to meet up with other 2nd generation owners in Northern NJ for crusies and shows. Feel free to drop me a line. Hope to see some of you up in Saratoga Springs this weekend!
