I'm Sicilian and Polish/Lithuanian, Scots and Irish are all in the same land, close enough

This is premature but I was toying with the idea of talking to a few people here and setting up a beef and beer type gathering in the coming months...I wanted to wait until we all saw how his healing was progressing.
