The super pump? yea when I first started on it, it was pretty awesome, got me focused and ready to go. Now its like eh.

I was looking into something else. Black powder? Dark matter? Etc...

yeah pete was taking black powder he says it works good. n.o xplode works for a lot of people. do u know if u have the newer or older formula for superpump? the old one had all different hormone additives or something like that, made people go crazy, they took it out and a lot of people stopped using it because it didnt make them feel anything lol

LOL well the one I just finished was relativly new.

I can't stand NOxplod. I will look at what vitamin shoppe has on Tuesday.

arrite. also check out dpsnutrition.com thats where i get most of my stuff. it almost usually beats out competitors pricing

true. look into it though for real, ive seen savings of like 15-20 bucks on products, and shipping is 4.95 no matter what u get

You take 36 to school? go the back way! i can make it there in 12-15 mins from my house on a good day. Back on topic, I used to max like 245 in high school when i was working out everyday. I never took anything but im sure i was lacking in my diet lol. But other than that, you should read about nutrient timing. Ill let you borrow the book if you want. Very interesting read. I have a ton of good books about nutrition and workouts.

Well I mean like I can take 36 and its on the way. Depending on whether its a day/night class the parkway is sometimes better. Anyways.

Any one here go to golds in totowa? Ive been going by myself for a few months after my friend quit, ShowNoMercy how'd you like the long term effects of Super Pump? i took it a few times and thought it was alright, just alil too expensive, but if its worth it ill look back into it

i built up a tolerance to superpump in a week and a half. n.o xplode the effects slowly wore off but i also took that for 12 weeks stright..

I've always just had protein shakes, but haven't been taking it lately. But yea going back to the taking time off from lifting thing, when i had to take a month off from lifting it sucked, lost so much off of everything but i'm about back to were i used to be except bench cause i have no spotter

I took 3 months off. Lost 25-27 pounds and I feel like a total bitch. I'm just getting back into it now so I'm hoping it comes back fast.
