Question precut tint?

watta u guys think about this, im thinkin 35% side windows and 20% for the hatch, for the 95 and its my DD, dont need to give the police a reason to stop me so im going on the light side

ehhh.... i don't know. I would just pay the dough and have it professionally applied. (i dont know the experience you have with vinyl .. sorry)

Maybe it will fit perfectly, but maybe it wont.

And according to that auction, they'll send more if you mess up....just pay shipping. You might also be able to use that deal to get new tint every two years so you can take the sides off for inspection.

Pay to have it done professionally! The rear hatch has 2 curves sideways and the window, it goes down then up towards the top of glass. That is very hard to do yourself upside down in the car without any type of gaurantee. Especially with the defroster lines and the little shade dots at the top of glass it is hard to keep out air bubbles without any experience. My rear hatch was $125 and I couldnt be happier.

I guarantee you mess up your hatch. If you really want to be cheap about it pay to get your hatch done and try your side windows

I had the tint applied by a professional shop and the rear hatch was my main concern. I didn't want ANY lines to show in the hatch and they did it right. I have 20% on the rear and 35% on the sides. The rear is great at nite because it cuts down on the morons who use their high beams and the side tint seems just right, so that you don't feel like your sitting inside of a dark cave.

id go 5% alla round. if u get pulled over ur gunna get a ticket and they dont give partial tickets so if u have 35% all around, u get a ticket of like 180 i think...5% all around u get the same ticket so go 5%.

don't forget about the unwanted attention your car will attract with tints. i have 15% all around and i'm taking it off. i never got a ticket but it gives cops a reason to pull you over and possibly give you a ticket for something else.

If it was in NJ, it was for more than just tint.
