Black Spoke Wheels - What Color Inside?

For those of you with black-spoked rims with polished lips (ZR1s, Z06s, TTMs, whatever) what color is the inside of the rim? Natural silver finish, or painted black? What looks better?

Mine are black as well, and the ZR1's were black too.

Personally I think black looks best on the inside of the wheel. You can't even see it anyway in pictures I experimented with a few photo shops of taking a chrome wheel and making the centers black, and I don't think it looked as good.

Well, here's why. A guy on another forum did a chop for me with black spokes on my SLP ZR1's, and I think I'm gonna do it. What do you guys think?

Looks good Steve, but have the guy do the rest of the wheel black too (minus the lip, of course) so you can compare the look before changing anything.

I think a Black Chrome finish would look really sweet with a chrome lip. Not a fan of a solid black look, it's not that type of car.

Idk goose... ((hello, how are you doing, and all that other good stuff too!! haha.. hope you've been very good))

I can't say I'm too crazy about that rim look.

I'd much more appreciate it if it were just the chrome lip, like on my z06's

the inside looking black gives it a completely different look.

just my opinion of course!!

Well, I combined both your ideas, and came up with this -

How's that look??

I vote do it! Gunmetal with the polished lip looks pretty BA on your car

not if thats black inside the rim...looks weird. i'd do all gunmetal or black with the polished lip in your case.
