I might go +1 but I can't give a definitive answer since it depends on how my wife is feeling. She just got diagnosed with a permanent illness and it is impossible to tell how she will feel day to day.

It looks like there might be a nice spot overlooking the bay just down the road off of Beach Blvd. Does anyone know if that is a public lot?
It's out in the corner here if you look at the satellite shot.
