Fried chickens

Anybody have any leads on good fried chickens places?
Looking for someplace other than the chains like KFCs and Popeyes. Gotta be some moms and pops places still around.

Stop what you're doing and go to Federal Donuts in Philly. Worth the trip. I hate fried chicken, but I'll eat it there.

American Chicken is good, but Asian chicken is turned up a few notches. Ocean City has a place called Crunchiken, it's Korean style chicken. Also in Philly, in China Town there's a Taiwanese style Chicken place there.

I found a dyno-mite place in Middlesex. The chickens is called Krispy Krunchy, and it's sold out of a convenience store called Pantry 1 on Lincoln Blvd.

There is a Middlesex in North, too? Guess it's just like the various Franklins and Millstones in the state.

You must be thinking of a Middlesex in Hudson or Bergen County. Because I can be in Middlesex in Middlesex county in about 10 minutes. And since I'm firmly in Central Jersey, so is Middlesex, Middlesex County.
