check the bulbs sometimes the ground for the system is in series with the bulbs, then check the brakelight switch, then the multfunction switch and steering column wiring.

i just figured out my rear lights don't work period. The reverse lights and turning signals do, but the brake, regular and hazards dont. Were is the relay located?

the relay wouldn't control the brake/tail lights. i would get a test light and see if you have power and ground at the sockets. whatever you don't have, start tracing back till you find it, then fix the issue

Ok i did that and i do not have power to the fuse in the fuse box, for both the tail lights and brakes, hazards. Not sure were the power comes from to the fuse box.

try to replace the fuse anyway..there was one time my rear tail lights didnt work just like yours are on my civic, the fuse looked good but i swapped it out anyway because i had no idea why it would happen otherwise, and it worked.
