Lt1 Cam swap time. Have Questions...

Ok so its finally time to start my mild cam swap on my '94. I already have a cc503 cam and I currently need everything else.

Roller rockets: 1.6 is a given. I was looking at Comp Magnums but I'm unsure if I should do S/A or NSA, 3/8 or 7/16 stud, or upgrade to pro mags?

Springs: Recommend a good spring set

Lifters: Ls7

Pushrods: unsure of length needed

I am also doing a cam swap gasket set from Thunder Racing. Basically I don't know where to go in terms of rockers and springs. I'm not looking for a 10 second car either, just something that's reliable and strong running. Ive done plenty of searches online but there are just too many opinions. Any input is appreciated, thanks guys.
