91/92 ground effects

Does anyone have the 91/92 ground effects on their 82-90 camaro? i cant get the side skirts to fit right at all?

do you have the little brackets on the body done right? iirc the way they look like they should be on is actually the wrong way, they should stick out like a half inch for the kit to clip down to

thats prolly my problem, i dont have any brackets. I was givin these ground effects when i bought the car. I was gonna try to find a way to attach them without the brackets....

even with the brackets i had to drill pretty much all new holes... it ended up being a mucccch bigger project then i initially thought

yea realizing that now.....and now my car looks so awkward with the front and rear done but no side skirts....

yeah your gonna have to find the brackets. without the brackets its going to look really sloppy and fall off eventually. the brackets are easily attached with self tappers and a power screwdriver. there should be one bracket in front and behind the doors and another long bracket on the door that holds on the skirt moulding. like i said you need to make note of how the brackets were on beforehand and mark which side is which, cause they WILL go on the WRONG way and bollocks things up and youll have extra holes in your body that you dont want
