Found the oiling problem on the T/A

Due to a manufacturers glitch my double roller timing chain didn't show up with the appropriate oil pump spacers. Not being familiar with LS1's my speedshop put it in and everything cleaerd fine, until start up anyway. He didn't take into account the slight walk a timing chainhas on an LS1 and cut right through the back of my oil pump. Biggest problem now is metal. I think most of it came out after the 5 oil changes since the car was first started up but we flushed the motor anyway and checked the oil and filter, there was no metal in it so keep your fingers crossed. BTW the spacers are being shipped from AUSTRALIA, nobody will part with them without buying a new chain and my chain is still good. So anyway pump is on order, spacers are on order and hopefully that will be it......again.
